Jazz By The Beach

Feeling bored this coming saturday? Why not go down to Sentosa Siloso Beach and chill out by the Cool Deck? Every saturday this month, you can enjoy beautiful jazz music performed by a line up of local and international artistes.

I like jazz, so I decided to plan for a Jazz By The Beach picnic event for saturday. I like my picnic simple. This time I brought along cherries, wraps, dips, parma ham, fried wanton (made by mum), ultra delicious & sweet (and expensive) japanese corn, chips and most importantly... champagne.

So, instead of sitting at the table at the Cool Deck, we laid out our mat on the grass to have our own comfy picnic setting. I don't think I'd have enjoyed it as much if I was sitting at the cool deck with a beer in hand (although much nearer to the stage). A picnic made the experience more interesting.

Yes, I even brought my own wine bucket to chill my bubbly.

Fortunately, I left the place before it started pouring. The rain came fast and furious after I got back to the Beach Station. Phew!
